The second and smaller of Punta Gorda's premiere waterfront communities, Burnt
Store Isles, or BSI, comprises approximately 1,200 home sites on a network of
100' wide, 10' deep waterways. Burnt Store Isles includes the picturesque Twin
Isles Country Club, one of the finest golf courses in the area.
A large shopping center is less than a mile away, and access to I-75 is within
5 minutes. A very livable set of deed restrictions monitored by the City of Punta
Gorda helps keep the community attractive and ensure property values. The southern
perimeter of BSI is buffered by a large nature preserve that is the breeding
